Additional Loyalty Points
Offer 1: Kickstart reward
From 1 December 2022, new and existing customers that achieve an upgrade from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, or Gold to Platinum will receive an additional 150 points towards the current APP program year.
Offer 2: Loyalty reward
Customers at Platinum Status or higher by the end of the APP program year (30 November) will start the new APP year cycle with 150 points.

Mid-year upgrade¶
Receive a courtesy upgrade to the next Status if an account has earned 50% or more of the points threshold for the next Status by 31 May.
Year end assessment#
Your account must achieve the points threshold for your current Status by 30 November to maintain benefits for the following APP program year. Points are reset after 30 November.

Points are accumulated within the APP program year from 1 December to 30 November and are reset after 30 November. When an account attains the points required for the next Status, the new Status takes effect when updated in Allergan Direct (usually within 24 to 48 hours after the qualifying purchase order is placed). |

A qualifying purchase must be made to achieve a Mid-year upgrade. |

If the Status points threshold has not been achieved by 30 November, the Status of the account will be adjusted accordingly. |
